Emm Dee R Finance Limited is committed to providing fair and transparent lending services to all our customers. This Fair Practices Code outlines our commitment to ethical conduct in all dealings with borrowers.

1. Transparency in Loan Terms

  • All loan terms, including interest rates, processing fees, and other charges, will be clearly disclosed to applicants before disbursement
  • Loan sanction letters will contain complete information about the loan amount, tenure, EMI, and total repayment amount
  • Any changes to interest rates or fees will be communicated in advance

2. Non-Discrimination

We do not discriminate on grounds of gender, caste, religion, or any other factor. All loan applications are evaluated solely based on creditworthiness and repayment capacity.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality

Customer information is treated with strict confidentiality and is used only for legitimate business purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

4. Fair Recovery Practices

  • Recovery agents are trained to treat customers with dignity and respect
  • Recovery efforts will be made only at reasonable hours (9 AM to 7 PM)
  • No harassment, coercion, or threats will be used in recovery proceedings
  • All recovery practices comply with RBI guidelines

5. Grievance Redressal

We have established a robust grievance redressal mechanism to address customer complaints promptly. Customers can lodge complaints through multiple channels, and we commit to resolving them within specified timelines.

6. No Advance Fees

We do not charge any upfront fees for loan approval. All applicable processing fees and charges are deducted only at the time of loan disbursement and are clearly mentioned in the loan agreement.

7. Responsible Lending

  • We assess the borrower's repayment capacity before loan approval
  • We provide clear information about loan products and their suitability
  • We encourage borrowers to borrow only what they can repay

8. Communication

All communications with customers will be in a language they understand. We provide information in English and Hindi, and can arrange for translation in other languages if required.

9. Regulatory Compliance

We strictly adhere to all RBI guidelines and regulations governing NBFCs. Our operations are regularly audited to ensure compliance.
